We are a brand new licensed Christian daycare in Shediac with immediate openings for children ages 3 years to 5 years old (pre-school) who is not yet attending school. We have a handbook created to showcase the Logos Christian Daycare as well as the requirements for parents/ guardians for their children. The handbook covers our childcare, philosophies, business policies and expectations. Please read the handbook carefully, and feel free to contact the Director or any staff member for any questions that you may have.
GENERAL EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION
Logos Christian Daycare is a ministry facilitated by the Logos Global Missions Church (herein referred to as the “Church”) and is a Christian center. All rules and regulations of the Church apply to the employees as well. Employees understand that it is their responsibility to learn and respect Church policies while working at Logos Christian Daycare. It is also the responsibility of each employee to read and understand this employee manual.
Employees are also expected to understand and implement the philosophies from our mission statement.
Logos Christian Daycare believes in the biblical promise,
“Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6) in offering an exceptional program. We strive to meet the needs of the whole child, mind, body, heart, and soul. We model holistic health and wellness through the nutritious foods served, connecting with the indoor and outdoor environment and loving others while recognizing God as the Creator of all things. Most importantly, all activities are biblically integrated as children will be provided with nurturing love, respect, guidance, and compassion that can help them grow as God designs them to be.

We desire to establish an environment where people feel welcome and valued, a place where there is diversity not division. We strive to meet the needs of the whole child through our program, our team, and community partners who are committed to create a safe, conducive atmosphere and loving environment for children where they can learn and grow in their developmental skills such as social, physical, intellectual, creative, emotional, language, sensory at their own pace. We want to nurture your child with all facets of well-being that promotes balance in their lives.
